What we own, what you own, how we handle other people’s trade marks, and what to do if you think something here infringes your rights.
Unless stated otherwise, all rights in this website and its contents belong to Kirov Dynamics Technology (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. That includes the design and layout, the source code, the copy, the graphics and illustrations, the iconography, the photographs we have commissioned, the case study write-ups, and the names used across our services, including Kirov Dynamics, Kirov Care, BusinessOS, Fleet Intelligence, Construction Intelligence, Kirov Secure and Kirov GovTech.
You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape at scale, or create derivative works from this material without our written permission. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. A normal, personal, non-commercial use of the site is welcome.
This site names and displays the trade marks of third-party technology vendors to show the platforms and tools we work with. All such marks belong to their respective owners, and are used here for identification only.
No endorsement is implied. Appearing on this site does not mean that a vendor has reviewed, approved, sponsored, certified or endorsed Kirov Dynamics, or that we are an authorised partner, reseller, distributor or agent of that vendor. Any such relationship exists only where we have put it in writing.
Product names, logos and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners. If you own a mark that appears here without authorisation, tell us and we will deal with it under section 5.
You keep all rights in the material you send us, including your data, documents, processes, images and know-how. By sending it to us you grant us a licence to use it only for the purpose it was sent for: to assess, design, build, host, secure, back up and support the work, and to keep the engagement records the law expects us to keep.
That licence is not a transfer of ownership, and it ends when we no longer need the material, except to the extent it is embedded in something we are obliged to retain. Please check you are entitled to send us what you send, and do not send us information you are not permitted to disclose.
Under a signed agreement, you own the bespoke deliverables created specifically for you, and the data in the system. We retain our own pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, tooling and general know-how, and anything that is not a bespoke deliverable. Where our deliverables contain reusable components, you have a perpetual licence to use them exactly as delivered, with no ongoing fee for that use.
Open-source components we use remain under their own licences, and we will tell you which ones a deliverable depends on where that matters to you.
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, trade mark, right of publicity or other right, tell us. Send an email to info@kirovdynamics.co.za with the subject line "Infringement notice" and include:
If part of a work has been licensed to us, please say so, with permission to contact the licensor, and we will pass the matter to them.
We review every notice. Where a notice is complete and appears to be well founded, we will remove or disable the material and tell the person who sent it. Where it is not clear, incomplete, or looks like it is aimed at content we do not control, we will say so and explain why.
If you believe we removed material by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same information, and we will forward it to the party who complained. We may restore the material, in whole or in part, if the complaint is withdrawn or is not substantiated.
We apply the same policy consistently. In clear cases of infringement we remove the material, and in repeated cases we will restrict access to the person responsible. We keep records of formal notices.
Do not send a notice on behalf of someone else without their authority, and do not claim ownership of work you do not own. We will pass on the details of any person found to have done so, and may take action against false or abusive claims.
If you send us feedback, a suggestion or an idea without asking us to keep it secret, you give us permission to use it freely and without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you or present it as confidential. Nothing here transfers ownership of your data or your business.

A note on enforceability. We can remove content that infringes our own rights, and we follow a consistent process for third-party complaints. We cannot adjudicate a dispute between you and someone else, and we do not make findings about ownership on evidence a short email cannot settle.
